We are seeking a Commercial Events Assistant to support the Commercial Development Manager. Key duties include planning and coordinating events, managing bookings, and providing administrative support. This role requires regular evening and weekend work.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with commercial bookings and event coordination
• Provide administrative support for event enquiries
• Maintain booking records and process client invoices
• Support on-site event management
• Handle the commercial mailbox and phone line
• Work evenings and weekends as needed

Required Skills:
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
