Working with the team and colleagues across Student and Academic Services, the post holder will be the first point of contact for the faculty regarding the maintenance of students’ records as well as the creation of Progression and Award Board cohorts and ensuring accurate data for statutory reporting.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing a busy team in a demanding office environment whilst continuing to maintain high levels of service delivery. This role requires strong administrative skills as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the University, liaising with academic departments and professional services staff, to ensure delivery of an excellent student experience.
