Receptionist/Academic Administrator:
SPJL is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised, good communicator as our Receptionist/Academic Administrator. This is a good opportunity if you are seeking to develop a career in higher education administration and wish to work with students. You will be the first point of contact for all students and visitors to the campus as well as providing administrative staff to the Registry and Academic Staff.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for greeting and advising guests and students and answering queries related to SPJUK by phone email and in person. In terms of academic administration you will support Academic staff as well as supporting key Registry functions such as orientation, student attendance and records. You will help maintain our blackboard site and track and process assessments and collate results.
Profile requirements
You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and well-organised with excellent communication skills, alongside MS Office skills, and the ability to work with and adapt to IT systems.
You will be self-reliant with a flexible ‘can-do’ approach in order to undertake the work required for a start-up Higher Education institution. You will be committed to continuous improvement and delivering an excellent student experience.
