About the role
Are you excited about bringing the user’s voice to the table?
Do you enjoy creating people-centred designs?
Are you keen to help shape our service design function?
We are looking for two User Experience (UX) Analysts to help build our people-centric design capability within our newly established Strategic Programmes and Change Team at Imperial College London. Imperial is a global top-ten university with a world-class reputation in science, engineering, business, and medicine.
What you would be doing
As a member of the Strategic Service Design Team, you will play an important part in improving the quality of our services and the interaction between our students, academics, researchers, and professional service providers, with a key-focus on user and service provider (people-centric) design.
What we are looking for
In your role as UX Analyst, you will draw on your experience of working within people-centric design programmes and projects to create and recommend service delivery models/blueprints and associated service catalogues, customer journey maps and conduct user experience analyses. Being able to impact assess your creations and working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation will need to be something you excel in.
Previous experience in the Higher Education sector isn’t necessary, what is, is your relentless desire to bring the user and service provider voice to the table. We would like you to be able to showcase what you have achieved elsewhere and apply your experience at Imperial.
What we can offer you
It is an exciting time to join the team and you can expect to work on a range of projects across the College. In the first instance, you will play a key role in the Great Service (ERP) Programme, supporting the design and delivery of new service delivery and operating models for HR, Finance and Research Administration and our Professional Services Workspaces Programme where we rethink how best we align ourselves to deliver great outcomes for users and service providers alike.
