Job Description
We are currently seeking a Registry Data Coordinator to join our dedicated and specialist team in providing operational support and guidance around the quality and effectiveness of student data and processes within Student and Registry Services.
About the Role
As Registry Data Coordinator you will be supporting and operationalising change projects, new ways of working, and process improvements within Student and Registry Services. You will support the management of the SLC attendance system, ensuring accurate reporting and timely income receipt. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the Attendance Confirmation Reporting (ACR) schedule, processing ACR data, managing fee discrepancies, and ensuring consistency in attendance and engagement data. Within the role you will liaise with various teams, managing course provision set-up, and supporting the introduction of the Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE). In addition, the role also involves deputising for the Registry Data Manager and ensuring staff development through regular 1-2-1s and training.
About You
You will be detail-oriented and highly organised with a degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant area. You will have experience in data roles, ensuring data quality, and working with databases. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, and a high level of numeracy and attention to detail are essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to work under pressure are required. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving and achieving team goals.
