Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Events Team within Corporate Communications.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Events Manager, who oversees the management and delivery of student attendance at graduation and conferment of degrees. Each year, we organise 34 ceremonies and you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the student journey as they prepare to graduate and beyond.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. You should be able to work collaboratively within the department and across the University.
