Programme Manager

We are seeking a driven Programme Manager to join our School's professional services team. This is a key role in enhancing the student experience and supporting the delivery of our programmes through an exciting period of change. The Programme Manager will lead a team, oversee and implement new processes, and drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the School Business Manager and other leaders to ensure that our objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving processes and enhancing the student experience. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills and be able to build effective relationships across the university. A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) is essential, as is the ability to challenge existing practices to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality program support.
• Implement new processes to enhance efficiency and student satisfaction.
• Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues across the university.
• Analyze performance metrics, report on outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
