We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing Team. This is a full time, permanent position.
The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies to promote Bury College’s courses and enhance brand visibility. The Assistant Marketing Manager will lead the Marketing team to develop the brand proposition and creative content whilst implementing timely activities and promotions to generate applications that lead to successful enrolments.
The Assistant Marketing Manager will monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvement.
The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration across all marketing initiatives. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align objectives, manage expectations, and ensure that all parties are working towards common goals.
You must possess a good standard of education including Maths and English and a Level 4 qualification in a Marketing specialism or equivalent.
