Applications are invited for the post of Early Career Teaching Fellow in English Literature (Romanticism).
The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching of literary studies for our undergraduate degree programmes in English and Scottish Literature. With experience of teaching Romantic Literature and assessing student work, and to the supervision of MSc dissertations. They will contribute to teaching related administration within the subject area. The postholder may also be required to supervise Honours dissertations.
We particularly welcome applications from candidates with research expertise in one or more of the following areas identified as existing or emergent strengths within the English and Scottish Literature subject area: digital humanities; economic humanities; environmental humanities; health humanities; LGBTQ+ studies; postcolonial, transnational and/or diasporic literary studies.
This role is part-time and for 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE).
