We are looking for experienced Skills Coaches to work with a caseload of apprentices.
The Degree Apprenticeship Skills Coach is responsible for supporting the professional development of apprentices enrolled in the end-to-end learner journey of the degree apprenticeship programme. The primary objective is to guide apprentices through their learning journey, integrating academic study with the specific requirements of their workplace roles. The role includes liaising with employers and ensuring that apprentices meet their academic and work-based learning goals in line with apprenticeship standards and regulations.
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience in HEI, along with qualifications in assessing.
