This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years
Launched in January 2025, the Global School of Sustainability (GSoS) is the centre of sustainability expertise at LSE, driving economic growth, environmental protection and social equity for all. We convene global experts and inform policy, building on the outstanding work of departments and researchers across LSE.
In our set-up phase, GSoS is seeking a reliable, organised and adaptable Communications and Events Coordinator to support the delivery of a growing schedule of events and to provide support across a broad and dynamic portfolio of communications and engagement activity, while helping to shape the future of the institute through a proactive approach to developing procedures and ways of working. This evolving role works directly with the Communications and Events Manager and will involve close collaboration and teamwork with GSoS staff and wider LSE networks.
The ideal candidate will have event coordination experience, strong written English and proof-reading skills and an organised and proactive approach to tasks.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
