The Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to apply creative thinking within the Marketing Attraction and Admissions team, shaping how education and inclusive design come together to engage and inspire. Working closely with support teams, the position focuses on raising student engagement, strengthening staff collaboration, and enhancing the Group’s visual identity for key stakeholders. It provides the opportunity to use design skills in a purpose-driven environment, developing impactful, accessible, and inspiring content across print, digital, and event platforms to ensure meaningful communication and connection.

About you
You are a creative, purpose-driven designer with strong communication and collaboration skills, able to bring fresh ideas while respecting brand guidelines. Organised and adaptable, you manage multiple projects effectively, handle feedback constructively, and ensure high-quality, accessible outcomes. With proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience using Canva or Figma, you have a solid understanding of typography, layout, and WCAG accessibility standards, including formats for neurodiverse audiences. Detail-oriented and empathetic, you design with diverse users in mind, guided by inclusive principles and a passion for education and student engagement.
