About the Job 

Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and delivering engaging events? The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our Membership and Commercial team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing activities and events that connect learners, educators, and professionals with ETF’s mission. From coordinating webinars and conferences to managing social media and email campaigns, you’ll play a key part in increasing awareness and engagement across our audiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in both marketing and events within a purpose-driven organisation.

Your profile: 

You’re a self-starter with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and thrive in a collaborative environment. You’re confident using digital tools and have a genuine interest in education and professional development.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, especially for digital and in-person events
  • Proven ability to provide logistical and administrative support for events
  • Basic content creation skills for marketing materials and digital assets
  • Confidence liaising with suppliers, venues, and internal teams
  • A detail-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of data management, reporting, and budget monitoring
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Starting Salary: £30,850 per annum to start, with service and performance related progression. 
  • Contract type: Full-time and permanent  
  • Location: London Victoria / Hybrid
