We are looking for a Staff & Family Property Assistant to join the Warwick Accommodation/Campus Cleaning Services team within the Estates Department.
The role requires you to work with a small team of assistants to provide effective and efficient customer service to tenants of staff and family properties across the University campus.
This includes Responding to requests and/or complaints from tenants, general administrative work, financial administration, arranging and monitoring property repairs, carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections, assisting with assessments of each property and general maintenance and refurbishment, ensuring health and safety is maintained across all properties and controlling and issuing stock for properties.
This is a full-time position, fixed term for 1 year. The hours of work will be 9am - 5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am - 4pm Fridays. This is a 5 days over 7 position which means on occasionally you may be requested to work weekends and very occasionally evenings.

About You
We are looking for a candidate who has good customer service and administrative experience.
You should have good IT Skills and be confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. You should have a friendly and approachable manner.
Basic knowledge of current housing Legislation and regulations is desirable.
You will need to be a good team player, who works well with others and is keen to provide excellent customer service for our students, staff, and visitors to the University.
You should also be able to work under your own initiative to tight deadlines.
It is essential that you are in Possession of a full UK or EU equivalent license, which has been in force for at least 1 year, and has no serious driving convictions (any period of disqualification must have expired by at least 1 year.
