We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our Student Services leadership team as Deputy Head of Student Services (Operations) — a pivotal role responsible for the operational delivery of high-quality, student-centred services.
As a senior member of the team, the role holder will:
The role holder will deputise for the Head of Student Services and lead the day-to-day running of student-facing services, including enquiry management, triage and referral pathways, and case coordination.
The Deputy Head will also play a significant role in service enhancement initiatives and project management, operational compliance, and quality assurance, and driving efficiency, responsiveness, and alignment with institutional priorities
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing and implementing new systems and processes, and is passionate about enhancing the student experience through optimised support functions.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
