The Role
At Ravensbourne we are looking for Senior Project Coordinator.
It’s an exciting time to join us as we work towards delivering our strategy for 2025-30. You will play a pivotal role within the Project Management Office team which is key to the delivery of a variety of inspiring ambitious strategic projects.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Delivery, and with two senior project managers. You will bring your knowledge of project management principles and methodologies to life, guiding projects from conception to business-as-usual and strengthening the central PMO infrastructure.
You will ensure projects are well planned, delivered smoothly, and aligned with our strategic goals, while keeping clear communication with both our academic land professional services leaders ensuring they are engaged during the projects.
There’s plenty of variety, and opportunity for drive change, whether you’re facilitating project briefings, initiating new projects or enhancing PMO resources, every day will bring something new and different.

The Candidate
You have experience of working in a fast-paced, complex project delivery environment. You have great attention to detail and thrive on working proactively and collaboratively with senior and executive stakeholders from both professional services and academic teams. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can work under your own initiative to tight deadlines.
