The Role
The successful candidate will support the delivery of outstanding university events which encompass the entire student lifecycle from recruitment events like Open Days and Offer Holder Days through to Graduation. You will be an integral part of a talented and friendly team of event professionals, striving to deliver memorable events. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in the meticulous planning of key events, involving liaison and communication with key stakeholders and suppliers and effective on the day management to ensure seamless event delivery.
The Person
The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of event coordination and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking a pro-active approach to prioritising a busy work schedule. Strong teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and build positive relationships with key stakeholders. You should have exceptional organisational and administration skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. The Department The Department for Student Development and Graduate Success operate across the student lifecycle to design and deliver equitable, enriching and skills-developing experiences for students from pre-applicants all the way through to graduates.
