At Oxford Saïd, we are committed to developing our people. We are now seeking an Organisational Development Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the growth, learning and engagement of our colleagues.

Working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, you will provide high-quality, customer-focused support across a wide range of OD and learning initiatives – from administering staff development programmes and managing the annual Professional Development Review (PDR) process, to promoting apprenticeships, coaching, LinkedIn Learning and leadership development. You will also play a central role in our move to improve our data and digital fluency, helping us to design, embed and improve digital workflows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer our full range of staff development courses — scheduling sessions, liaising with suppliers, coordinating materials, managing feedback and publicity, and reporting on trends.
  • Manage the annual PDR process, including communications, guidance, data recording and insights reporting.
  • Promote and administer our apprenticeship scheme, coordinating provider sessions and ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs.
  • Maintain records for our coaching scheme, processing requests, tracking progress and analysing outcomes.
  • Research new learning resources and develop blended learning pathways to support staff development.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of our corporate induction and onboarding processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in learning and organisational development. You will bring digital fluency – confident in using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power Automate and online learning platforms – alongside creativity, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Join us and become part of a collaborative, forward-looking community at the heart of a world-class business school.

You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK. For more information please visit: https://www.jobs.ox.ac.uk/pre-employment-checks

  • Discounted bus travel
  • Subsidised onsite catering
  • Cycle loan scheme
