The Income Team (Income and Collections Department) are seeking an experienced customer focused Income Assistant.
Reporting to the Income Team Leader, the successful candidate will provide a friendly people centred service to students and staff at the University. They will deal with a range of financial enquiries, offer advice and post payments to the University's Financial systems.
Candidates should hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English. Previous financial experience and experience of using the main Microsoft 365 products is essential. Previous customer service experience is also required.
The usual working week will include a mix of on campus days (Nottingham) and remote working from home.
This is a Part-time, Fixed term contract till 1st June 2026 - Monday to Friday - hours 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your working hours will be (21.75 hours per week).
