About the Role
Queen Mary University of London is one of the UK’s leading research universities, committed to improving social justice and achieving the previously unthinkable. The External Relations Directorate is responsible for activities, including communications and marketing, student recruitment and admissions, international affairs and alumni relations and development. This role sits within the communications team.

About the Department
The communications team exists to amplify the work of Queen Mary to influence the right stakeholders internally and externally, sharing the stories that matter and why they matter.

This role is responsible for supporting the strategic approach to, and delivery of, internal communications throughout Queen Mary, to both staff and students and across all channels.

About You
You are a skilled communications professional who can turn complexity into engaging, clear and measurable communications. You will build effective relationships and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across a range channels; and use insight, evaluation and best practice to expand our impact.

In line with Queen Mary's values, you will bring fresh ideas that connects students and staff to Queen Mary's story, and build advocacy from the inside out.
