You will be responsible for providing senior leadership and strategic direction to the Admissions Team, Quality Assurance & Enhancement Team, Assessment Team and College Registry Teams. In collaboration with colleagues you will have responsibility for the delivery of seamless end-to-end key student administration processes and lead a programme of enhancement and innovation, identifying and capitalising on opportunities to further enhance our policies, procedures and systems using sector wide best practice approaches and supporting the University in the implementation of its strategic aims in relation to quality and academic standards.

An experienced senior professional you will bring experience, creativity, innovation and dynamic leadership, to our professional services team. With a demonstrable track record for driving success at a senior level, you will be a key strategic voice within our service senior management team, demonstrating skill with steering multi-functional teams and complex institution-wide projects, which enhance the student journey and experience.

You will possess the proven ability to command the confidence of senior stakeholders, to lead and manage professional staff, drive a culture of continuous improvement and to cultivate a strong customer service culture. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills to this role, with the power to build credibility, influence behaviour, and as an essential for this role, you will enable those around you to feel motivated, grow and develop their skills.

You will need to be a strategic thinker and planner, be highly organised & resourceful in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work to deadlines whilst remaining flexible at all times. You will have a passion and commitment to design and deliver the highest standards of customer service within the University to ensure students receive an excellent experience and support their ultimate success.
