The salary will be paid at Grade 6, £37,412 to £40,568 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

The Post holder will join an established team of statisticians in the Mental Health Trials Statistics group, working on the portfolio of clinical trials led by Professor Richard Emsley. The post will involve working with clinicians and other researchers planning, conducting, analysing and reporting clinical trials and other studies in mental health and neuroscience. You will be expected to make a substantial contribution to project reports, primary and secondary publications, and opportunity is provided to contribute to additional methodological publications in the Clinical Trials Methodology research area.  In addition, the post holder will be an affiliated statistician in the King’s Clinical Trials Unit (KCTU) and may make a modest contribution to the teaching programme and service support of the Department of Biostatistics and Health Informatics and NIHR Biomedical Research Centre for Mental Health.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 1 year.

This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent
