We are looking to recruit a UK Student Recruitment Manager with the drive and determination to help us achieve challenging targets. The successful applicant will be a self-starter, a genuine team player and someone who excels in a results oriented environment, comfortable with setting and achieving targets. We are looking for an individual who embodies the ethos and core principles of UA92 (which apply to our employees as much as they do to our students).
Reporting to the Director of External Affairs you will be responsible for:
The growth of UK student numbers through traditional and non-traditional student recruitment activity
The implementation of the domestic student recruitment plan, including building and maintaining relationships with key pipeline organisations such as schools, colleges and community organisations.
Providing a lead on the access and participation plan, ensuring that UA92 is sector-leading in its approach to widening participation.
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
A proven track record of meeting challenging targets.
Experience of coordinating recruitment activities on a range of scales from large events to smaller more bespoke activity targeted at specific partners.
Excellent networking skills to build effective partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and build good rapport.
An ability to deliver effective reporting to internal stakeholders and leadership, as well as external partners on performance and activity.
An ability to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to challenges. To innovate in your strategy and approach to achieve targets and meet responsibilities.
Proven management skills, setting and achieving targets, supporting and inspiring others to develop and excel.
