We are looking for a creative, driven and detail-oriented digital marketing professional with a wide range of skills to support the continued growth and impact of our online learning portfolio. This exciting portfolio has significant status both in its global reach and impact and its suite of courses covering leadership, communications, sustainable business and finance.

The role will form part of the Communications and Marketing team, who play a key role in building CISL's reputation for impact, and attracting high level delegates, and global companies and innovators, to our executive programmes, advisory services, start-up accelerator and other sustainability initiatives.

*The role*

Working closely with the Online Education team you will oversee, develop and implement a range of marketing campaigns and approaches to generate interest from individuals and companies, and promote the impact of our programmes.

The role will own delivery of specific marketing plans focused around digital marketing, content marketing, affiliate management and direct email marketing and will be supported by the wider Communications and Marketing team, which is responsible for CISL's websites, social media channels, publishing, CRM, design, content and PR.

*Key skills and experience*

  • Experience delivering successful digital marketing or managing the digital marketing elements of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Content-led marketing; organic approaches to lead generation, as well as pay per click and targeted direct marketing.
  • Experience of managing and segmenting data for targeted marketing.
  • Experience in managing search engine optimisation, pay per click campaigns and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to produce high quality marketing and promotional materials, including copy-writing for digital channels and delivering high quality digital marketing assets alongside creative agencies and partners.
  • Technical skills in using online platforms, such as website CMS, email marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • Experience using analytical tools and reports to communicate marketing performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with CRM or similar data management systems, or with marketing automation platforms, to support data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective prioritisation and attention to detail, whilst working to multiple, tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
