As Operations Administrator you will play a key role in enabling your team to support international students to feel welcome and make a successful transition to life at Leeds and help all students to benefit from being part of our global campus community. You will provide high quality administrative support across a broad range of operational, project and team activities. Duties will include office management; taking responsibility for human resources, purchasing, finance, and health and safety processes; using your high-level MS Office skills to support event, project and logistics management; organising meetings and taking minutes; enquiry handling, customer service and liaising with internal and external partners; supervising student staff; and contributing to the ongoing development of effective services, processes, systems and procedures.
Having previously worked in an administrative role, you will have experience of supporting a team and the ability to provide excellent customer service and work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines. You will enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to individual needs. You will be joining a team that takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive working environment. The team learns from different perspectives, shares new ideas, values diversity, and takes an inclusive approach to work.
