If you are a specialist practitioner in the field of Moving Image, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role inspiring the next generation of creators and innovators at a world leading college for creative communications.
As Practitioner in Residence, you will be responsible for enriching the Moving Image and Screen Practices curriculum by developing and leading teaching, research and knowledge exchange interventions and projects across London College of Communication.
You will be expected to show academic leadership in the development of knowledge exchange, teaching and research, working closely with the Research Dept of London College of Communication and the Screen School, producing outputs that make a significant contribution to the furtherance of knowledge and its application within Moving Image.
You will also be expected to contribute to the academic profile of the College/UAL through attendance and participation at relevant national and international fora, conferences and events.

Your profile
You will need to be an internationally recognised practitioner with an outstanding record of achievement in the field of Moving Image, with experience in producing nationally and internationally recognised practice-based outputs.
You will also be able to show significant influence in the development of Moving Image and will be able to evidence involvement at a senior level with relevant industry sectors, professional bodies or learned societies.
