Your required hours of work are 40 hours per week.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • The role-holder will have the ability to actively work with colleagues from a number of departments for the purpose of supporting business and academic operations at Regent College London.
  • Support the development of new and existing partnership activities, including scoping and research requirements.
  • Support the Academic team in ensuring partner requirements are met
  • Track and manage the staff approvals process according to partner requirements
  • To support in IT system access and advice to Regent College staff and students through liaising with partner colleagues.
  • Be responsible for the management (record keeping and version control) of documentation relating to partnership activities
  • Routinely monitor all activities, review project risks, issues and progress taking such action as necessary to ensure minimum impact on project deadlines.
  • Oversee the organisation of programmes for incoming delegations from partner institutions.
  • Liaise with staff members to ensure that partnership quality management requirements, policies and procedures and partner regulations are understood, implemented and achieved.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues at partner institutions and stakeholders across Regent College London in order to be able to fulfil the objectives of the role.
  • Resolve issues/problems/queries independently and provide advice on policy/QA matters to ensure that efficient, day-to-day customer service is delivered to colleagues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the College regulations, particularly those relating to partnership arrangements.
  • Support internal and external reporting, including statutory returns and annual monitoring, providing justification for data quality queries in conjunction with partner universities.
  • Work closely with Regent College London and the partners on terminology and processes relating to the student journey and student data practices.
  • Ensure and maintain integrity and confidentiality of data in line with statutory and corporate requirements.
  • Ensure that assessment boards and Data Reconciliation Meetings are scheduled one year in advance and be the main administrative conduit thereof.
  • Facilitating Regent College London and partners teams work efficiently in admissions, registry and data management.

Other Duties

  • To provide accurate and up to date information as required by the College.
  • To attend team meetings and contribute to Quality Assurance reviews and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality in relation to all college information and to comply with General Data Protection Regulation.
  • To be involved in College staff development and training schemes and participate in Personal Development Review procedures within the College.
  • To adhere to the College's Equality and Diversity Scheme with respect to staff and students and to comply with and implement the College’s Health and Safety policy.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required.
  • Working flexibly as part of the team including some evening and weekend work at peak times.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written, oral communication, presentational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • Strong IT and digital skills, including MS Office applications and social media.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  • The ability to build relationships with staff at all levels.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A self-starting mindset with creative problem-solving and negotiating skills
