An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time CRM Operations Manager to join our Communications and External Relations department at the University of Winchester.
We are seeking a proactive CRM professional to lead CRM development within the Communications and External Relations (CER) department. The role will act as a ‘super user’ of the CRM system within the CER department and the successful candidate will be the key contact for all CRM management activity.
The CRM Operations Manager will support all teams involved in the communications and enquiry-related experience of prospective students throughout their journey to enrolment. You will enjoy working collaboratively with the system’s users to facilitate their needs and enhance processes.
