This is an 18 month post, with the possibility for annual extensions for up to 4 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a post-doctoral researcher to join an innovative research team in the Institute of Medical Sciences at the University of Aberdeen. The role will contribute to an international research collaboration tasked with understanding the role of molecular crowding in the pathogenesis of motor neuron disease and frontotemporal dementia. The applicant should have experience in handling and processing tissue for experimental use, including experience with tissue staining and microscopy.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 6, £35,333.
