We are looking for a person experienced in a finance-based discipline to join our team!
University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is a long-standing and leading provider of supported online education. We exist to provide accessible, relevant and cost-effective education which enhances careers, increases professionalism and contributes to a sustainable built environment. Operating from the UK and Hong Kong we have a global reach, and at any one time over 3,500 students are studying online with us. UCEM passed its first ever inspection by Ofsted with flying colours after earning an overall rating of ‘Good’ in November 2021.
UCEM’s ambition is to transform into a research-informed institution and this role is part of the development of that transformation and will be pivotal in establishing effective administrative processes and a robust approach to costing and managing research funding. You will be managing the research bid process and ensuring all research activities are costed, tracked and reported appropriately. This is an exciting opportunity to work across several teams, to develop and deliver upon new processes, procedures and support for both staff and student so that they can excel at research.

To deliver these responsibilities we need your project management skills or experience leading implementation projects. You must have experience in a finance-based discipline and show excellent attention to detail.
