About the Role
The role of Chef de Partie will manage the effective preparation, cooking, display and service of all food and beverages to the highest standards. The role holder will report directly into the Head Chef and be involved in the effective running of the food and beverage service on a day to day basis.
About You
We are on the look out to hire a Chef de Partie to help us with our food offer development at Queen Mary, take a read through the below and get in touch if that is you! The successful candidate should hold a City and Guilds 706 1/2 qualification or equivalent as well as relevant experience of working in commercial catering or hospitality environment. Candidates should have a high standard of food knowledge, cooking ability and presentation as well as good knowledge of health & safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures.

The post is full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment. Starting salary will be £29,642 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
