The Executive MBA (EMBA) programmes are major teaching programmes at CJBS designed for senior executives. The annual income generated is approximately £9.5 million. Fees for the Cambridge EMBA programme are currently £78,800 and TBA for the Global EMBA. Our students are senior executives who demand a level of quality and service commensurate with the course fee and with their experience of standards in the corporate world.
The EMBA office is responsible for all organisational aspects of delivering the EMBA programmes, including marketing, admissions, teaching materials, coordination of faculty and other internal and external input to the programme, feedback, examinations, student welfare and careers advice.
The EMBA Admissions and Recruitment Manager acts as the first point of contact to attract, retain and recruit EMBA applicants. The role holder develops, implements, maintains and reviews the admissions processes and procedures for the programme, and maintains accurate, regular, and up-to-date analysis of admissions activity to inform admissions and recruitment strategy.
The ideal candidate will be able to display strong project management skills, possess the ability to develop methodology, as well as being able to analyse and interpret data. They should be fully competent in Microsoft Office and have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will need to be tactful and objective, with the ability to network and negotiate with various stakeholders. Experience of working in a client focused environment and previous MBA/University admissions experience would be advantageous.
Interviews will be in person at CJBS, and will take place on 23rd and 24th February.
