Job Summary
The College admissions service within the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (MRA) function is seeking an Admissions Officer to join the division’s well established central admissions team.
We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role, where you have been responsible for progressing work in line with established policies and procedures both independently and as part of a wider team.
The ideal post holder will have experience of working in a deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage their own workload effectively and efficiently, whilst understanding the coordination of their activities and contributions in the context of a wider team.
You will have the ability to work in a regulatory and policy environment and to deliver business processes and assessments in accordance with relevant frameworks and to deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities
You will build and foster effective working relationships with key departments within your Faculty/School.
You will ensure that you provide an excellent customer service to applicants and key external stakeholders in delivering the admissions officer activities.
You will develop an expertise in admissions processes, policies and procedures that enable you to advise and guide stakeholders/customers though the admissions processes.

This is a full time and fixed term role until February 2024, and you will be based in the South Kensington Campus.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite.
