About us: Student Information and Advice provides support services for students to help them to develop academically, professionally, and personally. Information Points operate across all UWE campuses as a first point of contact for student queries, where dedicated staff provide advice and access to support from specialist teams on a wide variety of emotional and practical issues – from money management, fees and funding to course-related issues and wellbeing.
About you: We are looking for 3 enthusiastic, customer-focused, resilient, and flexible individuals to work full time, 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
You will initially be based at one campus and once induction completed you will work across multiple locations on a rota basis. Frequency will vary due to business need and will involve suitable notice. Initial locations can be discussed at interview. Currently there is the opportunity to work in a hybrid way, working from home on occasion.
Working across multiple sites provides an excellent opportunity to enrich your staff experience including your knowledge of a wide range of campus cultures by collaboration and networking with students, colleagues within the team and across the wider university.
You will be required to work standard office hours all year round (8:30-16:30 or 9:00-17:00) to be confirmed at interview.

These opportunities are permanent full-time, working 37 hours per week. They are available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time. Interviews are likely to take place week commencing 6th March 2023.
