Job Details
Campion Hall is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual for the role of Events and Conference Manager. You will be responsible for delivering in-person, online, and hybrid events ranging from conferences, seminars and symposia; annual lecture series, such as the Campion Lectures, D’Arcy Lectures, Newman Lecture; book launches, and more. The role also requires the postholder to organiser Dinners and events for the Hall, including Guest Dinners, Middle Common Room (student) events and graduations, Jesuit Alumni events, fundraising events, Garden Party.
The post holder will be working in a small team. They will need excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills and be willing and available to give hands-on practical support to deliver events. Experience of working in a Higher Education setting would be desirable.
The closing date for all applications will be at noon on 28th February.
Interviews are expected to be held in person during the week commencing 13th March.
The successful candidate will be required to start on 1st April 2023.
