The Academic Developer will be a core member of the Professional and Academic Development (PAD) team, within the newly formed Academy for Learning and Teaching Excellence.
We are looking to appoint an experienced and inspirational academic developer to play a key role in coordinating, monitoring and enhancing our academic staff development provision aiming at a demonstrable impact on graduate outcomes, student engagement, belonging and retention. This will particularly involve activities such as:
The successful applicant will also contribute to wider Academy teaching, academic development, digital learning, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
