About the role 

We at Tribal, the EdTech global leaders, are seeking to recruit a new senior level opportunity for a Customer Success Consultant providing a first-class service to our Higher Education customer base.  

As Customer Success Consultant you will be tasked with managing customer relationships and proactively managing the maintenance of a high standard of service to all our HE customers both in UK & Internationally, utilising practitioner experience & knowledge within SITS – Tribal’s student information management system.  

Strategically, the Customer Success Consultant will work with senior external stakeholders on short- and long- term key objectives; also working as day-to-day point of contact for escalations and general problem solving matters.  

A further key requirement of the role will be managing and reporting on data related to the service, with a requirement to present to senior management & C-Suite levels of audience on occasion.  

The person 

Established knowledge & experience using SITS (this will be an essential part of the role)  

Practical experience from a company/organisational background within Higher Education  

Produces a high standard of work, with experience achieving successful outcomes aligned to overall organisational objectives  

The ability to think strategically as well as operationally day to day  

A confident individual and strong relationship builder
