Research and Innovation services [RIS] provide an integrated, professional support service for all aspects of Research and Knowledge Exchange [RKE] activity, offering practical assistance and expert guidance to help the Liverpool John Moores University [LJMU] academic community reach its full potential.
You should be a strong communicator, with advanced Excel skills, and the ability to convey complex information to a broad range of stakeholders. Applications are welcome from individuals with experience of operations support and development including the production of guidance and delivery of training.
Working within RIS you will contribute to the production and analysis of RKE data, directly support our academic colleagues in accessing and maximising the potential of our related systems and work closely with colleagues to support the implementation and delivery of system enhancements and the processes around them.
