Ready to benefit from your reward experience? We are seeking a Reward Consultant to join our People and Organisational Development service with responsibility for the development, delivery and review of reward activities in support of our ambitious people strategy.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time as the University delivers its strategy taking us to 2030. Reporting to the Reward Manager within the Talent Team you will engage with project teams across People and OD and the wider university in developing new ideas for our reward strategy. Working collaboratively, you will provide oversight and expertise on the provision of a range of reward and recognition schemes as well as contributing to the operational aspects of the university’s job design and evaluation activities.
