Bournemouth University’s vision is worldwide recognition as a leading university for inspiring learning, advancing knowledge, and enriching society through the fusion of education, research and practice. Our highly skilled and creative workforce is comprised of individuals drawn from a broad cross section of the globe, who reflect a variety of backgrounds, talents, perspectives, and experiences that help to build our global learning community.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a professional individual to join the cross-Faculty Technology Enhanced Learning Innovation and Development Team (TELID) within the Centre for Fusion Learning & Excellence in Learning (FLIE). As a part of the team, you will support the provision of the technology enhanced learning (TEL) systems, educationally led advice and training needed by academic staff to support pedagogic innovation and enhance the student learning experience.
Working alongside colleagues in the TELID Team you will provide first line support for service users through triage and resolution of TEL related queries. You will contribute to the system administration and development of an accessible, reliable, and intuitive online learning environment to ensure ongoing service excellence.
You will have proven experience of working in an administrative, technical, or advisory role providing system support to users, and of working in a team environment in which flexibility and adaptability are key approaches. You will be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues across the University, learning and applying knowledge of the TEL systems to bring together business needs and technological capabilities.
You will have excellent team working and communication skills and be experienced at organising and prioritising a range of work packages.

BU values and is committed to an inclusive working environment. We seek a diverse community through attracting, developing and retaining staff from different backgrounds to contribute to inspirational learning, advancing knowledge and enriching society.
