The Directorate of Student and Campus Life (SCL) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Office Manager – Administration and Customer Relations. Reporting to the Marketing and Customer Relations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of an efficient, effective customer led service at Queen’s Sport. The post holder will manage and support all staff, in delivery of the key business areas of administration and customer relations. They will support management in the delivery and development of all systems and procedures relating to the post.
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:
- Responsibility for delivering work within defined deadlines and prioritising competing work schedules
- Experience of administrative processes, databases and information systems.
