The Department of Medicine is the largest Department in the School of Clinical Medicine at the University of Cambridge. Research is our major focus; from the fundamental aspects of biology, through to work on disease mechanisms as well as clinical translations.

To lead and deliver proactive and responsive HR services to academic, research, and professional colleagues including external visitors.
About you:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR to work on various HR-related items. Someone with excellent attention to detail and confident in making informed decisions. Who can apply discretion when managing highly confidential information and lead a team of four HR administrative professionals.
