We are looking for a Student Living & Guest Experience Receptions Supervisor to join our team!
This role is eligible for the Campus Services New Starter and Refer a Friend bonuses.
About the role:
The Student Living & Guest Experience team are responsible for creating memorable experiences across multiple reception hubs for students, staff, visitors, and commercial guests.
Responsibilities will include:
With over 4,000 bedrooms on campus and in the city, we operate multiple reception hubs for students, staff, visitors, and commercial guests. This role requires a level of flexibility to work a variety of hours, 4/5 days out of 7 days per week between 8am – 10pm depending on operational requirements. This position would be predominantly based supervising our Campus reception.
This is a permanent position working 36.5 hours over a 4- or 5-day working week, depending on your preference.
