About the Role
Faculty Relationship Managers focus on the partnership between IT Services and Queen Mary University Faculties and Departments focusing on the voice of the customer (VOC) - Students and Staff to ensure the quality of customer experience. As a manager, the Faculty Relationship Manager enables the QMUL operational and longer-term priorities through a specific emphasis on one or more of QMUL Faculties and Departments: Humanities or Social Science (HSS), Professional Services (PS), Science Engineering (S&E), Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (FMD).
Faculty Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and operationalising the business change, by focusing on the change adoption cycle through the delivery of the IT Enabling Plan and by strengthening collaboration between Faculties and IT Services to realise the Queen Mary Strategy 2030.
About You
You will be engaging Schools/Departments Staff, Students, and IT Services in the end-to-end change management.
You will be responsible for managing and operationalising the business change at QMUL, by focusing on the change adoption cycle through the delivery of the IT Enabling Plan and by strengthening collaboration between Faculties and IT Services to realise the Queen Mary Strategy 2030.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full-time, permanent appointment with an immediate start date. The starting salary will be Grade 6, in the range of £51,048 - £ 56,921 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
