About the Role
The post will assist in providing front line support to all students and undertake key tasks such as reviewing and updating webpages and response templates, reporting / publishing service statistics and the production and maintenance of training manuals. They will further develop digital and online resources to enhance the student experience including the implementation of technologies such as Chatbots. This is a face-to-face role and is required to be in the office 5 days per week.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Registry environment and have a strong customer focus. You will be highly organised and be able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision. You will be motivated to research and implement new technologies / digital enhancements. Experience of providing project support and using a content management system would be advantageous.
About the Department
Registry Services is responsible for student records from the point of enrolment through to award, for the delivery of examinations, production of an academic timetable, the distribution of bursaries and other approved scholarships, ensuring immigration compliance and dealing with academic and regulatory queries.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full-time, with an expected start date of May 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £37,348 - £43,592 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. Please note that we advertise salaries on a range to indicate the trajectory of progression that can be made. Appointments are usually made at the start of the salary range.
