The Role
This strategically important role requires working with stakeholders from across the organisation to coordinate and evaluate our student’s feedback in support of operational, management or strategic level initiatives.
Kingston is a university which aims to place students’ feedback at the heart of decision making. This role is fundamental in helping the university to achieve that by better understanding how it is measuring outcomes and how it compares to internal and sector benchmarks and thresholds.
The Person
You will know and believe that Student Voice is a team sport with stakeholders from across the university. You will therefore be a driving force in building a collaborative ‘student voice alliance’ from across all business owners to maximise the value of the feedback we receive.
You will love working with students and helping to amplify their voices through the various feedback mechanisms. You will be both good at contextualised analysis and communicating/reporting in a succinct and clear way.
Directorate/Function
The Planning department supports the university’s decision making by providing analysis to address the university’s key strategic aims, including the performance of its educational portfolio, its students’ voice whilst at university, and the benchmarked institutional performance across a range of internationally recognised measures.
The Student Voice & Surveys team is part of the Planning department and works closely with Executive Director, Students and Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education and their respective teams to ensure a well-coordinated and holistic student voice mission at Kingston University.

This is a full time, permanent role with a starting salary of £48,251 per annum.
