We have an exciting opportunity for two Project Coordinator’s to join the AMRC Machining group and the AMRC Project Delivery group.
You will be supporting integrated project teams; built specifically to meet the requirements of the project/programmes you are working to deliver. You will be in an environment where you will be required to use your creative thinking skills, combining the development of research and technology theories and applied manufacturing solutions in a non-production environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will also need to demonstrate a high level of capability, facilitating low risk transition of these solutions into our industrial partners’ production facilities.
You will:
The AMRC focuses on the research, development and application of state-of-the-art technologies. We have an excellent track record of developing technology and integrating it into a shop floor environment to demonstrate financial benefit to partners. This ability to translate technological advances into bottom line savings has led to a large growth in demand from especially its aerospace partners and a growing need for skilled engineers with an interest in manufacturing.
We’re one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK. The University’s Total Reward Package includes a competitive salary, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
