This post is a primary point of contact for students requiring short course information and advice via telephone, email, IM Chat and in person, and is a key sales role.
This role is part of the Customer Experience and Sales Team, who are responsible for the sales and administration of approximately 16,500 short course bookings each year onto 1800+ courses across the 6 UAL college brands. You will work towards providing a positive and quality service to all internal and external UAL Short course customers.
You will be part of the UAL Short Courses Ltd community, working at designated college sites and be responsible for short course enquiries and customer service administration for all 6 UAL college brands – Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, London College of Communication, Chelsea College of Arts, Wimbledon College of Arts & Camberwell College of Arts.
You will actively convert enquiries to bookings and support the conversion of course cancellations into transfers to assist the short course business to meet its financial targets.
The role includes working on some Saturday and weekday evenings (until 19:00).

UAL Short Courses (UALSC) is part of the University’s department of Academic Enterprise which leads the University of the Arts London’s commercial educational operations. There are 100 staff and 1,500 hourly paid staff in Academic Enterprise, which is integral to the University’s long-term development.
