The University wants to do change better and has created a new Directorate, Strategic Change & Delivery to make that happen. Within our new Directorate is the Change Delivery Team who will build capacity across our institution to deliver significant strategic change associated with the University’s new Strategy to 2027.
We are building our Change Delivery Team from the ground up. Their role is to not only lead and help to deliver change, but to empower our leadership across the institution to build capacity to do change well and to support our stakeholders to adopt change positively.
We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Change Partner (Communication and Engagement) within the Change Delivery Team within the Strategic Change and Delivery (SCD) Directorate to help us deliver change better. The role is available on a permanent or a secondment basis. Part-time / job share applications will also be considered.
The Change Partner (Communication & Engagement) will help embed our change management culture through supporting a diverse range of strategic change initiatives, particularly around stakeholder communication and engagement. Supporting leaders to plan, implement and embed strategic change effectively, this role will provide advice, coaching, and a toolset on communication and engagement to help leaders to deliver successfully. This role will work closely with the University Corporate Communications Team to input into internal communications strategy.
