As we embark on a two-year transformation programme aimed at elevating the reach and impact of our communications, UAL are seeking a talented and driven Brand Insights Executive to join our Central Communications and Brand Department and be part of our exciting journey towards becoming a unified university-wide communications team.
You will be at the forefront of shaping our brand identity, maintaining an "always-on" approach to brand tracking and brand health analysis. Leveraging market intelligence software, you will generate data reports that provide crucial insights into the UAL brand. These insights will be instrumental in optimising our use of branding to support campaign development and refine our overall communications strategy.
You will closely monitor audience behaviours to enhance our understanding of engagement techniques and audience growth. Drawing from your expertise in trend forecasting and your knowledge of the arts, culture, and education sectors, you will compile reports identifying areas where our visual and verbal identity can evolve.
You will know your quant from your qual and have the skills to distil complex data into easy-to-understand findings. Working within our multi-disciplinary brand and creative services team, you’ll be ready to research the relationship between brand and reputation.
